NIMS University, Jaipur is looking for a dynamic professional to manage and strengthen end-to-end Purchase/Procurement operations.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end procurement for University and institutional requirements

✅ Manage procurement of IT, laboratory, stationery, furniture, electrical, housekeeping, academic and general supplies

✅ Identify, evaluate and manage vendors

✅ Handle quotations,



comparative statements, negotiations and commercial terms

✅ Process purchase requisitions and POs and ensure timely delivery

✅ Maintain approved vendor lists and rate contracts

✅ Monitor vendor performance, pending orders and delivery commitments

✅ Drive cost optimisation, quality and procurement efficiency

✅ Coordinate with Finance, Stores, Academics, Administration, IT, Engineering, Laboratories and other departments

✅ Maintain procurement MIS, documentation and compliance with University policies

? Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant purchase/procurement experience
- Prior experience in the Education sector, University, College, Educational Institution or Research Institution will be an added advantage.
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline, MBA/PGDM
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Supply Chain, Procurement is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation, vendor management and commercial skills
- Good knowledge of ERP/procurement systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
