- Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors for raw materials, equipment and services.
- Prepare and float RFQs and tenders, then compare quotations to select the best option on price, quality and delivery time.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with vendors to get the best value.
- Raise and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company policy and approved budgets.
- Coordinate with production, stores, projects and finance teams to understand material requirements and plan purchases on time.
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers to make sure materials arrive on schedule and as per specifications.
- Check the quality and quantity of incoming materials and resolve shortages, damages or rejections with vendors.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess stock.




- Verify vendor invoices against POs and goods receipt notes, and coordinate timely payments with the accounts team.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases and contracts.
- Monitor market trends and material prices (such as cement, steel and aggregates) and look for cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly and build long-term supplier relationships.
- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies, statutory requirements and ethical standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchases, costs, savings and vendor performance for management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
