Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard transporters, fleet owners, warehouse providers, and 3PL vendors
- Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and payment terms
- Float RFQs, compare quotations, and prepare cost-benefit analyses
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely vendor deliveries and vehicle placement
- Procure fleet-related items such as fuel, tyres, spares, and packaging material
- Track vendor performance on cost, turnaround time, damages, and service levels
- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts for timely payment
- Maintain vendor database, rate cards, and procurement MIS
- Ensure compliance with company policy, GST, and e-way bill regulations
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
