Looking for a well-organised and commercially strong skilled to manage gifting requirements from product selection to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product selection as per requirement and budget
- Vendor & manufacturer sourcing and coordination
- Costing, budgeting and quotation comparison
- Vendor negotiation and commercial coordination
- Sample, branding, packaging and production coordination
- Order follow-up and timely delivery
- Maintain vendor, costing and order records
- Vendor/market visits as and when required
- Ensure execution within budget and timelines
