Looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C/OTC) qualified to manage end-to-end OTC operations, lead a team, ensure SLA/KPI achievement, and drive process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C/OTC) operations .
- Lead and manage teams handling Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application and Dispute Management .
- Monitor AR aging, collections, DSO, cash application, billing accuracy and unapplied cash .
- Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and order processing .
- Manage cash application, payment allocation and account reconciliation .
- Handle customer disputes, deductions, short payments and billing discrepancies .
- Monitor overdue receivables and support collections/escalation activities .
- Track SLA, KPI, productivity and quality metrics .
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and management reports .
- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for recurring process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and process optimization .
- Manage stakeholder/client interactions and resolve escalations.
- Ensure compliance with process controls, SOPs and audit requirements .
- Conduct team performance reviews, coaching and development.
- Manage workload allocation and ensure adequate process coverage.
