Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams (PFD) for injection molding processes.
- Create PFMEA documents to identify potential failures in the production process and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop control plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve PPAP documentation for recent products or changes to existing ones.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the plastics industry.
- Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, including design, development, and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in creating PFDs, PFMEAs, and other technical documents using software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
