- Plan, schedule, and conduct internal process audits across departments

- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation and closure of audit findings.

- Customer Experience and Complaint analysis

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies

- Identify process loopholes, recommend risk aversion measures, and suggest cost-saving opportunities

- Maintain open communication with management and audit committees to discuss findings and recommendationsAttention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Finding of observations/ area of improvements and implementation of improvements

- Continuously monitor changes in regulations, industry best practices, and internal business processes.

- Assist in maintaining audit documentation, logs, and records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

- .Positive communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the different team leads and Top Management
