- Drive talent review and succession planning processes across the enterprise.
- Support talent identification, talent pipelines, and leadership succession strategies.

Learning Program Design & Delivery




- Create and manage end-to-end learning journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.

Strategic Talent & Learning Initiatives

Stakeholder Management
