Eligibility

- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed.
- 10+ years of experience in reputed schools, including significant leadership experience as Principal/Vice Principal/Head.
- Experience in a reputed CBSE/Cambridge school is essential.
- Strong expertise in academic leadership, school administration, staff management, and parent engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school.
- Drive academic excellence and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop teaching and non-teaching teams.
- Ensure adherence to CBSE/Cambridge norms and standards.
- Build a positive school culture focused on student development and achievement.
- Manage parent and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead school improvement and development initiatives for the recent academic session.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month
