The Paramedical Principal/ instructor serves as the chief academic and administrative officer of the institute. This role is responsible for leading academic programs, managing faculty and staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a high-quality learning environment for paramedical students (e.g., radiology, medical lab technology, physiotherapy, and emergency care).Core ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Clinical Leadership

- Curriculum Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of all paramedical training programs and curricula.
- Clinical Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities for student clinical rotations and internships.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust teaching methodologies and continuous evaluation systems to ensure high student success rates and board exam pass rates.

Administration & Operations
- Institutional Governance: Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the institute strictly adheres to guidelines set by relevant government healthcare councils, affiliating universities, and state medical boards.
- Admissions & Student Affairs: Oversee student recruitment, admissions, counseling,



and discipline to maintain a positive campus culture.

Faculty & Staff Management
- Recruitment & Retention: Hire, mentor, and retain qualified medical and paramedical educators.
- Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance reviews and identify career development or research opportunities for faculty members.
