? Key Responsibilities

? Academic Leadership

- Lead curriculum design and delivery for I-CBSE

- Align CBSE with inquiry-based, learner-centric approaches

- Drive board exam readiness (Grades 10 & 12)

- Implement NEP 2020 and competency-based practices

? Leadership & Team Management

- Recruit, mentor, and develop educators

- Build a collaborative and high-performance culture

- Conduct evaluations and enable professional growth

? Collaboration

- Work closely with IB leadership on dual-curriculum integration

- Lead cross-programme initiatives and innovation

?? Student Development

- Ensure student well-being,



discipline, and holistic growth

- Monitor progress and implement interventions

? Parent Engagement

- Build strong parent relationships and communication channels

- Lead PTMs, orientations, and feedback forums

⚙️ Administration & Compliance

- Ensure CBSE compliance and operational efficiency

- Oversee academic systems, reporting, and LMS tools

? Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

- M.Ed. (or relevant Master’s) + B.Ed.

- 10–12 years of CBSE experience

- 3–5 years in a leadership role (Principal / Headmaster / VP / Academic Head)

- Strong knowledge of CBSE and NEP 2020

Preferred:

- Exposure to IB / Cambridge / IGCSE

- Experience in dual-curriculum schools

- Familiarity with ed-tech platforms
