? We’re Hiring | Principal SRE – Multi-Cloud Platform

Experience: 8–12 years | Bangalore | Hybrid We are looking for an impact-driven Principal SRE to join the engineering team building IZO™+ Multi-Cloud Network (MCN) — a cloud-native platform enabling secure and scalable connectivity across AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI .

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can take ownership of complex platform problems and drive them from architecture → automation → production → continuous improvement .

What you'll drive

- Platform Reliability & Scalability – HA, resilience, performance, capacity and production readiness.
- Multi-Cloud Engineering – AWS, Azure, GCP/OCI infrastructure and cloud networking.
- Kubernetes & Cloud-Native – Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE and cloud-native platforms.
- Infrastructure Automation – Terraform/IaC, environment provisioning and infrastructure lifecycle automation.
- CI/CD & Release Engineering – reliable pipelines, deployment automation and release readiness.
- Observability & AI-Assisted SRE /AIOps – metrics, logs, tracing,



proactive alerting, AI-assisted troubleshooting, intelligent operational insights and automation.
- Security & Cost Optimization – infrastructure security, vulnerability remediation, cloud governance and cost efficiency.
- Technical Leadership – architecture, technical design, dependency management, mentoring and cross-functional technical leadership.
- Operational Excellence – incident management, RCA, automation and continuous improvement of production systems.

What we're looking for
- 8–12 years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong AWS expertise with hands-on experience in Azure/GCP/OCI.
- Strong Kubernetes, Linux, cloud networking and Terraform experience.
- Strong scripting/programming skills — Python / Go / Bash.
- Experience operating customer-facing production platforms.
- Solid experience in automation, observability, incident management and RCA.
- Ability to design and implement highly available and resilient distributed systems.
- Strong technical ownership and ability to drive complex initiatives independently.
