Role Description The Press Release Specialist - Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on selling press release and PR distribution services to businesses and agencies, while advising clients on how to maximize media visibility through ANewswire’s platform. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and demos, and preparing tailored proposals for press release distribution packages.

The specialist collaborates with clients to understand their communication goals, supports them in planning effective press release campaigns,



and coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely submission and distribution. The role also involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, meeting revenue targets, preparing reports on sales performance, and staying informed about industry trends and media landscapes across sectors served by ANewswire.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to discuss press release strategies and PR solutions clearly with clients.
- Understanding of public relations, media distribution, and basic marketing concepts, especially in B2B SaaS or related industries.
- Comfort working with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and online communication software to manage pipelines and client interactions.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, handle objections, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, proposals, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
