Job Responsibilities

Handle telecalling and client follow-ups

Connect with prospective customers and explain company services

Maintain client database and daily follow-up records

Schedule meetings for the sales team

Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries and project updates

Support pre-sales and customer relationship activities

Candidate Requirements

Presentable and confident in client-facing interactions

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or customer handling

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sales processes and client coordination

Immediate joiners will be preferred
