We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused pre-sales executive to support our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements and providing project information.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, website and other sources.

- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements, preferences and budgets.

- Explain project details, location, configurations, amenities, connectivity and investment-related information.

- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects for further sales discussions.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Update lead details, interactions and follow-up status in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.





- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and site visits.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.

- Achieve assigned lead qualification, follow-up and site-visit targets.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales or real estate sales preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command of English, Hindi and Marathi.

- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

- Confident and skilled telephone communication.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a sales team.

- Target-orientated with a positive and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
