Job Title : Presales Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and driven Pre-Sales Associates to manage and convert inbound leads. You will engage with customers through calls, chats, and CRM, understand their needs, and drive them to visit our state-of-the-art Experience Centers.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound leads via calls, chat, and CRM.

● Understand customer requirements and explain the value of visiting our

Experience Centers.

● Convert potential customers into store visits and pass qualified leads to

Sales/Retail teams.

● Maintain updated and accurate lead information on CRM.

● Work closely with Sales & Retail teams for seamless lead handover and conversion

Requirements

● Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

● Ability to understand customer needs and guide them effectively.

● Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced workplace.

● Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
