Job Purpose The Pre-Primary Coordinator will be responsible for the academic, administrative and operational coordination of the Pre-Primary section, ensuring effective curriculum implementation, high-quality classroom practices, teacher development and a positive learning environment for young learners.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5–10+ years of experience in Pre-Primary / Early Years education.

- Experience as a Pre-Primary Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, Senior Pre-Primary Teacher,



Supervisor or Head – Pre-Primary.

- Experience in a CBSE / International / reputed school will be preferred.

- Should have experience managing and mentoring a team of Pre-Primary teachers.

- Strong understanding of play-based, activity-based and child-centric learning.

- Candidates with leadership experience in Nursery/LKG/UKG sections will be preferred.
