About the Role

SINGEM is looking for dynamic and well-educated individuals to join our PR Management and Communications team. The role involves managing media and public relations, building professional relationships, coordinating outreach, supporting PR campaigns, and strengthening SINGEM's visibility across relevant media and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute PR and media outreach activities.
- Research and identify relevant journalists, publications, media houses, influencers and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate press releases, media pitches and communication materials.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with media and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email and digital channels.
- Coordinate interviews, media interactions, events and other PR activities.
- Maintain media databases, contact lists and outreach records.
- Monitor media coverage and maintain basic PR and media reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, events and external communications.
- Support SINGEM's brand visibility, reputation and public communication initiatives.
