Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities according to sales forecast, material availability, and capacity utilization.
- Coordinate with various functions for smooth operation of production planning process.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products by coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stockholding through effective MRP (Material Requirement Planning) system.
- Analyze production schedules to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in Production Planning & Control or related field.
- MSc/B.Sc degree in Chemistry or relevant discipline; B.Tech / B.E. degree preferred.
- Robust understanding of PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control), Materialize CSS, MIS reporting tools.
