Required Technical Skills

● 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.

● Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

● Excellent knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M).

● Strong experience in SQL and relational databases.

● Solid understanding of data modeling, including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema,

relationships, dimensions, and facts.

● Experience in developing complex and interactive dashboards and reports.

● Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps, Gateways, and scheduled refreshes.

● Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).

● Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration.

● Experience working with large datasets and optimizing Power BI report performance.

● Knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.

● Experience with Azure-based data platforms such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or

Azure Synapse is preferred.

● Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is an added advantage.
