Role: Portfolio Productization Leader

Role Overview:

A Portfolio Productization Leader guides the strategic development and market launch of an entire portfolio of products or services. This role is a senior-level position that ensures all offerings align with the companys overarching business strategy, market opportunities, and profitability goals.

Role Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Portfolio Productization Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and performance of our portfolio of products and solutions that we take to market. This role will be responsible for aligning and managing cross-functional initiatives across the entirety of the organization from sales, marketing, delivery, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, creating and managing a go-to-market (GTM) methodology to plan portfolio releases, and creating data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the go-to-market planning and execution for all products and solutions, coordinating with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful launches.
- Guide the end-to-end productization process, from strategic planning and resource allocation to defining the final go-to-market strategy for the entire portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to manage dependencies and drive alignment across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product releases to market on time and within scope.




- Monitor product performance and portfolio health using KPIs and dashboards.
- Facilitate portfolio reviews and communicate progress to executive leadership.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive execution.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio release planning process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience building release plans and managing the timeliness of product and solution releases across the organization.
- Proven experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple solution releases simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a energetic environment.
- Excellent and clear communication in English, proven leadership, and must accel at stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with product analytics, financial modeling, and strategic planning tools.
