We are looking for a Portal Sourcing Executive to join our recruitment team at Soundlines Group, Colaba, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, and other job portals.
- Search, screen, and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.( Blue Collars )
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with recruitment team for candidate line-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily sourcing reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and source relevant profiles.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Location: Colaba, Mumbai.
- Full-time, Work from Office.
