We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMS Project Leader to join the IT/ERP team. The role will be responsible for managing the daily operations, support, implementation, and continuous improvement of maritime ERP systems, with a strong focus on

Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) . The position will involve fleet-wide PMS projects, ERP implementation, user training, quality assurance, system testing, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders and ERP vendors to ensure consistent and efficient system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations, support, and maintenance of maritime ERP modules, including PMS, QHSE, Voyage, Drydock, and Data Library.
- Manage and coordinate PMS-related projects across the fleet, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficient database management.
- Conduct quality assurance and resolve implementation challenges related to PMS.
- Oversee the implementation and setup of PMS databases for new vessels.
- Ensure uniform PMS structures, processes, and data standards across the fleet.
- Deliver training to seafarers and shore-based personnel to ensure effective and consistent system usage.
- Liaise with ERP software vendors regarding system issues, enhancements, requirements, and product improvements.
- Conduct QA testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new ERP functionalities and oversee smooth system rollouts.
- Participate in QA activities for internally developed BI tools and support data analysis initiatives.
- Create, update, and maintain user manuals, SOPs, training materials, and ERP documentation.
- Generate ERP and PMS-related reports and analysis for senior management as required.
- Utilize Jira, Service Desk, and other issue-tracking platforms to monitor and resolve technical and system-related issues.




- Coordinate with IT, technical, marine, operations, and other internal teams to ensure effective ERP support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and enhanced user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of system changes, issues, implementations, testing activities, and user support.
- Provide timely support for critical system issues and ensure business continuity across fleet operations.

Key Requirements

- Experience in ERP systems, preferably PAL ERP, with hands-on exposure to maritime applications.
- Solid understanding of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) and marine operations.
- Experience in ERP implementation, PMS database management, system support, and process improvement.
- Sailing experience or a strong maritime operations background will be an added advantage.
- Experience in user training, system documentation, helpdesk support, and change management.
- Knowledge of QA testing, UAT, system rollouts, and issue-tracking platforms such as Jira or Service Desk.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple PMS/ERP initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to data accuracy, quality, and detail.
- Good understanding of maritime processes and the ability to translate operational requirements into ERP/system solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Very strong service-oriented and user-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage responsibilities with diligence and reliability.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- High level of discretion, loyalty, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Willingness and ability to provide 24/7 support when required.
