Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate plumbing works at construction/project sites.
- Execute plumbing installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review and interpret plumbing layouts, P&ID; drawings, and MEP drawings.
- Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and rainwater systems.
- Monitor installation of UPVC, CPVC, HDPE, PPR, GI, and other plumbing pipelines.
- Supervise installation of sanitary fixtures, pumps, water tanks, valves, and related plumbing equipment.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, architects, consultants, and contractors to avoid service clashes.
- Inspect plumbing materials and ensure they meet approved specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.
- Monitor plumbing works including pipe laying, jointing, testing, and insulation where required.
- Identify and resolve site-related plumbing issues and technical problems.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain inspection and testing records.




- Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of plumbing works.
- Ensure proper coordination between plumbing works and civil finishing activities.
- Follow applicable plumbing standards, safety requirements, and project quality procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of building plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewage, rainwater harvesting, and pumping systems.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, valves, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
- Experience in pressure testing, leakage testing, and commissioning.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and site supervision skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Plumbing / MEP Construction.
