Job Title: Plumbing & Fire Supervisor

Reports To : MEP Manager / Project Manager / Facility Manager

Job Summary :- Responsible For Supervising installation, aintenance, Inspection, Testing , and repair of plumbing and fire- fighting systems, Ensures work is completed safely, according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities :-

. Supervise Plumbers, fire-fighting technicians, and subcontractors.

. Coordinate Daily plumbing and fire- fighting activities at site.

. Read and interpret MEP Drawings, layouts, and specifications.

. Supervise installation and Maintenance of:

a. Water supply and drainage systems.

b. Pumps, tanks , valves, and Piping c. Fire Hydrant and sprinkler systems d. Fire Pumps and jockey Pumps e. fire Hose reels and other firefighting equipment

. Conduct pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing and commissioning.

. Inspect Materials and workmanship to ensure required quality standards.

. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

. Coordinate with electrical, HVAC , Civil, and Other Site Teams.

. Maintain Daily work reports, inspection records, and maintenance logs.

Identify faults and arrange timely corrective action.

. Ensure Compliance with Safety Procedures and applicable fire- Safety requirements.

. Support inspections by consultants, clients, and authorities.

. Manage Manpower, tools, Materials , and daily work schedules.

. Ensure Housekeeping and safe Working Practices at the site.

Required Qualifications:-

. ITI / Diploma in Plumbing , Mechanical, Fire & Safety, or a related field.

. Relevant experience in Plumbing and fire- fighting systems.

. Positive Knowledge of Pumps, Piping Valves, Hydrant, Sprinklers, and Plumbing systems.

. Ability to read MEP Drawings and understand site Requirements.

. Good Team-Management and Communication Skills.

. Knowledge of workplace Safety Procedures.

2-5+ Years, Depending on the Project and employer.

Pay: ₹35,794.78 - ₹40,166.75 per month
