Job Profile: TC- PLM Technical Analyst (TC Admin & Developer)

POSITION TITLE: PLM Technical Analyst (TeamCenter & UGNx)

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

Skills Requirements

Good Communication skill and Basic Technical skill

Exposure and knowledge to any mechanical CAD Tools (NX, AutoCAD,etc )

Good to have Teamcenter/PLM knowledge will be an added advantage

Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux

Basic knowledge of MS SQL

Ability to work and communicate effectively with a globally distributed team.

Accountabilities or Responsibilities

Responsible to document engineering changes thru ECR/ECN and MCN process

Responsible to release, revise parts, assemblies using PLM (Teamcenter) & ERP (SAP) applications.

Experience in T4S Customization and Managing T4S mapping issues.

Teamcenter administration activity (BMIDE, Volume cleanup,etc)

Assist in the daily support and maintenance of the Teamcenter environment.

Resolve user issues and troubleshoot problems related to Teamcenter functionality.

Support the data migration and consolidation efforts as needed.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data, including BOMs (Bills of Materials), CAD data,



and other product-related information.

Work under the guidance of senior team members to develop custom scripts and workflows using ITK.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and IT, to support PLM initiatives.

Assist in various Teamcenter-related projects and tasks as assigned.

Help in the implementation of recent features and modules in Teamcenter.

Support quality assurance activities by performing tests and validations in the Teamcenter environment.

Report issues and work on resolving them under the supervision of senior team members.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and customizations within Teamcenter.

Keep records of technical specifications and user guides up to date.

Continuously learn about Teamcenter functionalities, updates, and best practice

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

If any German or Italian Languages are added advantages
