Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a PLC Programming & Troubleshooting professional. The role involves designing, programming, and testing PLC logic for simulator-based training systems and industrial automation projects.

Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving PLC-related issues, integrating PLCs with sensors, actuators, and other control devices, and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure seamless system performance. The position also requires documenting code and troubleshooting procedures, participating in commissioning and field support,



and continuously optimizing control strategies for reliability and safety.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in PLC programming, ladder logic, and configuration of major PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider).
- Experience in troubleshooting PLC-based control systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults, and implementing corrective actions.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, control panels, instrumentation, and integration with SCADA or HMI systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with simulation environments and a basic understanding of 3D models or virtual training systems is an advantage.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in office.
- Hands-on mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work on shop floor, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Prior experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or simulation-based training solutions is preferred.
