Description :
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Playzone Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, customer service, safety, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily playzone operations and staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Manage bookings, birthday parties, and events.
- Monitor sales, cash, inventory, and daily reports.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused and responsible.
- Flexible to work weekends/holidays.
