Qualification: CIPET / Diploma/Engineering in Plastics preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle back-office sales coordination and customer communication.
- Follow up with customers and plastic converters for POs, orders, dispatches, payments, and outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain customer records, PO status, payment follow-ups, and sales MIS.
- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending customer requirements.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email.
