Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines.

- Set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) as per product requirements.

- Perform mould changeovers and machine setup.

- Ensure production targets are met with minimal rejection.

- Conduct routine quality checks (visual & dimensional).

- Identify and troubleshoot machine or moulding defects (e.g., short shot, flash, warpage).

- Maintain proper documentation of production and rejection data.

- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.

- Ensure proper material handling and usage (granules, regrind, etc.).

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain housekeeping (5S).

Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of injection moulding processes and machines.





- Basic understanding of moulds and raw materials (plastics).

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Attention to detail for quality control.

- Ability to work in shifts.

Qualification & Experience:

- Education: ITI / Diploma in Plastic Technology / Mechanical / Relevant field

- Experience: 1–2 years in plastic injection moulding industry

Preferred Knowledge:

- Familiarity with different polymers

- Understanding of mould maintenance basics

- Knowledge of quality standards and SOPs

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
