Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production planning, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate assembly processes to meet production targets, minimizing delays and rejections.
- Manage shop floor operations, including shift planning, supervision, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
(EXPERIENCE IN CNC / VMC Machining operations & production, will be an advantage)
