Job Title: Plant HR Manager
Location: Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 15–18 years
Present ctc have to be 18Lpa
Job Purpose The Plant HR Manager will oversee the complete Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions at the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving workforce productivity, ensuring 100% compliance with local labor laws, managing union relations (if applicable), and fostering a safe, high‑performance shop‑floor culture.
Core Responsibilities
1. Industrial Relations & Employee Relations
- Maintain Harmony: Foster a peaceful, productive, and collaborative work setting on the shop floor.
- Grievance Redressal: Address and resolve daily issues raised by workmen, supervisors, and staff.
- Disciplinary Actions: Handle domestic inquiries, issue charge sheets, and manage disciplinary procedures as per standing orders.
1. Statutory Compliance & Legal Affairs
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to statutory regulations (Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
- Liaisoning: Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities, labor inspectors, and local community stakeholders.
- Licensing: Renew and maintain all plant‑level HR licenses, registers, and statutory returns.
- Contractor Management: Audit and monitor contract labor vendors for compliance and wage payouts.

Plant Administration & Facility Management
- Daily Operations: Oversee welfare facilities including canteen, medical room, worker transport, and security.
- Cost Control: Budget and manage plant administration expenses to optimize operational costs.
1. Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management
- Manpower Planning: Align with the Plant Head to manage staffing budgets for on‑roll and off‑roll workers.
- Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard technical staff, engineers, and blue‑collar workers.
- Time Office & Payroll: Supervise rosters, attendance, leave records, and overtime computation for accurate payroll.
1. Training, EHS & Performance
- Capability Building: Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical and behavioral training.
- Safety Culture: Partner with EHS team to drive safety inductions and zero‑accident initiatives.
- Performance Reviews: Facilitate annual appraisal processes for plant personnel.
Candidate Profile
- 12–18 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/plant environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR practices, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage unions, contractors, and shop‑floor workforce.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
