Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to oversee the complete plant operations, production, fabrication activities, manpower, quality, maintenance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in fabrication work and manufacturing plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets within defined timelines.
- Lead and supervise fabrication activities, including cutting, welding, bending, drilling, assembly, and related processes.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments.
- Control production costs, wastage, rework, and material consumption.
- Manage and evaluate plant manpower, including operators, welders, fabricators, supervisors, and helpers.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and proper functioning of plant machinery and equipment.




- Implement and maintain workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and monitor MIS reports related to production, efficiency, wastage, manpower, and plant performance.
- Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per customer and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/fabrication plant operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in fabrication work is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of welding, cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, and fabrication processes.
- Experience in handling production teams and shop-floor operations.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory, and maintenance coordination.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage production targets, manpower, and operational challenges effectively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
