Position: Plant Head – ABS

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Industry: Automotive / Bus Body / ABS Components

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Automobile

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall ABS manufacturing plant operations and production activities.
- Manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and other plant functions.
- Plan and achieve production targets while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Drive productivity, process improvement, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor plant manpower, machines, materials and production capacity.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, 5S and manufacturing standards.




- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Sales and other departments.
- Develop and monitor plant-level KPIs and MIS.
- Lead teams, improve workforce productivity and build a performance-driven work culture.
- Handle customer requirements, technical issues and production-related escalations.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in ABS components, automotive plastics, bus body components or related automotive manufacturing will be preferred

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
