ROLE

Own the entire Kheda plant — Production, Process, Yield, Quality, Manpower, P&L;, SOP,

Productivity, Inventory coordination, Maintenance coordination, Dispatch and Discipline.

This is a hands-on operating role, not a routine reporting or desk-based position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Drive RM → Processing → Maximum Recovery → Minimum Loss → FG →

Dispatch.  Own production targets, yield, recovery, rejection, OEE, downtime and labour productivity.  Implement and enforce SOPs, Lean, Kaizen and practical Six Sigma/root-cause systems.  Control process loss, re-processing, operating cost and cost/kg.  Ensure quality, hygiene, traceability and process discipline.  Coordinate Stores, Inventory/Accounts, Maintenance and Dispatch.  Ensure physical stock, production records and ERP records reconcile.  Run the plant through daily numbers, variance analysis and corrective action. NUMERICAL & ERP SKILLS

Robust understanding of

Cost/kg | Plan vs Actual | Inventory Variance

Working knowledge of ERP/SAP, Excel, MIS and Power BI required.





You need not be an SAP consultant; you must be able to use data and systems to control the plant. IDEAL PROFILE

8–15 years genuine hands-on plant/processing experience, preferably food, agro, nuts, dry fruits, grains, seeds, FMCG or commodity processing.

Proven measurable improvements matter more than designation.

HARD FILTER

Not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily:  Desk-based production/reporting.  MIS/Excel without plant ownership.  Maintenance, QA, Purchase, HR or Stores alone.  Delegation without shop-floor understanding.  Generic team handling without measurable results.  Comfortable, routine or designation-driven roles.  Unable to explain yield, loss, recovery, productivity and cost in numbers. Profiles with senior titles but routine responsibilities will not be prioritised.
