Plant Head – Manufacturing Operations

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations. The role will drive production, productivity, quality, cost optimization, delivery, operational excellence, team development, and system building.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead overall plant manufacturing and day-to-day operations.
- Drive production planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, and Stores.
- Optimise manpower, machines, materials, and infrastructure.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
- Reduce wastage, rejection, rework, downtime, and operating costs.
- Improve machine availability and preventive maintenance.
- Establish SOPs, systems, KPIs, operational discipline, and review mechanisms.
- Develop teams and strengthen accountability, safety, and performance culture.




- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Lead operational improvement projects supporting business growth.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Production / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- 15–20 years of relevant manufacturing/plant operations experience.
- Experience in capacitor, electrical/electronic, mechanical components, or mass manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
