Role & responsibilities

- Lead overall moulding plant operations: Business P&L; , Manufacturing Operations.

- Ensure achievement of production plans, OEE, productivity and delivery targets.

- Drive reduction in rejection, scrap, cycle time and conversion cost.

- Manage injection moulding machines, moulds, manpower and plant capacity effectively.

- Ensure adherence to quality, process parameters, safety and 5S standards.

- Drive continuous improvement, Lean/TPM and cost-reduction initiatives.

- Coordinate with Tool Room, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.

- Lead new mould/product trials and ensure smooth production stabilisation.

- Develop and manage production teams, shift operations and second-line leadership.





- Monitor plant KPIs and take corrective actions to improve overall performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- 18 - 25 years of experience in plastic injection moulding, with at least 3-5 years in a plant leadership role.

- Strong experience in high-volume / high tonnage moulding operations.

- Good knowledge of moulding processes, mould management, materials and process optimisation.

- Experience in consumer durables, automotive, electronics or similar plastic component industries preferred.

- Solid leadership, problem-solving and people-management skills.

- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma and ERP/MES will be an advantage.
