Qualification Required

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.

5–10 years of experience in Planning & Billing of high-rise buildings.

Position Overview

MDP Infra is seeking an experienced Planning & Billing Skilled responsible for project planning, progress tracking, end-to-end billing, and alignment of project progress with cash flow and contract conditions for a Double Basement and 18-Storey RCC Structure of a premium hospitality project in Indore.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for project planning, baseline schedule preparation, WBS, and detailed activity sequencing for high-rise construction.
- Develop look-ahead plans (weekly/monthly) and recovery schedules.
- Ensure systematic tracking of actual progress versus planned progress and conduct regular progress reviews.
- Ensure timely client billing and certification of subcontractor bills.
- Prepare and submit Rate Analysis, Deviation Statements, and related documentation.
- Monitor project cash flow and profitability.




- Maintain DPRs, progress reports, and MIS submissions.
- Ensure maintenance of measurement records.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and project billing reports.
- Generate MIS reports on progress, billing, and cost indicators.
- Ensure alignment between physical and financial progress.
- Drive the use of planning and monitoring tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- Maintain data integrity and project documentation.

Preferred Competencies & Exposure

- Experience in hotel or luxury building projects preferred.
- Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling.
- Sound knowledge of billing, BOQ, and contract conditions.
- Strong analytical skills for progress monitoring and cost tracking.
- Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
