Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and construction planning for civil engineering projects using MS Project or Primavera.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely task completion.

- Monitor progress against scheduled milestones and proactively resolve potential issues.

- Provide technical guidance on project management best practices to junior team members.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Analyze project data to optimize planning processes and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, NICMAR, ACM, ACT software tools.

- Strong understanding of project scheduling, coordination, monitoring, and resource allocation principles.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex ideas clearly.

- Strong knowledge of construction planning principles and practices.

- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.
