Role Description The Placement Officer role at IPCS Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadapalani.

The Placement

Officer will coordinate campus placement activities, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry partners, and support learners in securing suitable job opportunities. Daily responsibilities include organizing placement drives, conducting pre-placement sessions, tracking placement statistics, and updating internal records and reports. The role also involves providing career counseling,



conducting training sessions on interview skills and resume preparation, and ensuring that placement processes align with organizational goals and industry requirements.

Officer collaborates closely with academic and training teams to enhance employability outcomes for learners.

Qualifications

- Campus Placement and industry liaison skills, including organizing recruitment activities and managing employer relationships.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with learners, recruiters, and academic stakeholders.
- Career Counseling and guidance skills to support learners in identifying suitable job roles and career paths.
- Training and Education-related experience, particularly in delivering sessions on interview preparation, resume writing, and soft skills.
- Experience in placement coordination or talent acquisition, preferably within education, training, or technical domains.
- Ability to analyze placement data, prepare reports, and use basic office and collaboration software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in HR, education management, or engineering is an advantage.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple events and stakeholder requests.
