Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with various organizations to secure internships and job opportunities for students.

- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance student employability skills.

- Provide guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and career development strategies to students.

- Maintain accurate records of student placements, including job offers received.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in education/training industry or related field.

- Solid understanding of training and placement processes.

- Excellent communication skills for liaisoning with corporate partners.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
