- Test Plan creation.
- Test Plan Review.
- Ability to troubleshoot errors.
- Ability to report errors with high detail.
- Define coding standards within the automation team.
- Define design standards within the automation team.
- Exposure to chaos testing.
- Ability to create tools that help inject faults on production.
- Solid understanding of QA methodology and practices, within SDLC.
