Job Description

The Head of Quick Commerce will be responsible for defining and executing the quick commerce growth strategy across key platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now, and other emerging channels.Key Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L; and business performance of the quick commerce channel.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with quick commerce platform partners.
- Drive assortment planning, pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, and category expansion.
- Ensure optimal inventory allocation, replenishment, and demand forecasting across dark stores and fulfillment networks.




- Monitor platform performance metrics, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to deliver business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion across cities, categories, and customer segments.
- Leverage analytics to improve channel productivity and return on investment.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing quick commerce team.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, digital commerce, or marketplace management.
- Proven success in scaling businesses on platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now, or similar channels.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience managing P&L; responsibilities.
