Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to provide professional physiotherapy services to patients in their homes. The physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide appropriate therapy, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments at the patient's home.
- Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, pain, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Assist patients with post-operative, neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, and general rehabilitation needs.
- Provide physiotherapy for patients recovering from stroke, fractures, joint replacement, injuries, and other medical conditions as appropriate.
- Monitor and document the patient's progress during each visit.
- Modify treatment plans based on the patient's response and clinical progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding home exercises, positioning, mobility, and safety precautions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and visit reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain professional confidentiality and follow clinical and organizational policies.
- Ensure patient safety during all home visits.
- Provide regular updates to the clinical/home-care team regarding patient progress or concerns.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with patients and their family members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable professional/medical authority, where required.
- Previous experience in home care, hospital, rehabilitation, orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physiotherapy is preferred.
- Freshers with good clinical knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹400.00 per hour
