Job Summary

Sri Narayani Home Care Services is looking for a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to provide professional physiotherapy care to patients at their homes. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and a caring approach toward patients, especially elderly and post-operative patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and evaluate patients' physical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide home-based physiotherapy sessions for elderly, post-operative, and mobility-challenged patients.
- Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and coordination.
- Provide rehabilitation support following surgeries, injuries, or medical conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Educate patients and family members about exercises, mobility, and home-care practices.
- Maintain accurate patient assessment and treatment records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Follow professional standards, safety protocols, and home-care guidelines.





Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant professional council, where applicable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in home care, elderly care, rehabilitation, or post-operative care will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for home visits within Vellore.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible attitude.
