Parkmed Healthcare is an Occupational Healthcare (OHC) service provider delivering healthcare services to corporate organizations. Our services include nursing, doctor, pharmaceutical, physiotherapy, and other workplace healthcare services.

Job Purpose The Physiotherapist will provide physiotherapy services to patients through Parkmed Healthcare, including home visits and visits to corporate client locations. The role will also involve workplace ergonomic assessments and employee wellness support.

Key Responsibilities

Physiotherapy Services

- Assess patients and understand their physical health and mobility requirements.
- Provide appropriate physiotherapy treatment based on patient requirements.
- Conduct physiotherapy sessions at patients' homes as required.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment records.
- Provide guidance on exercises, posture, mobility, and rehabilitation.
- Educate patients on preventive exercises and proper body mechanics.

Corporate / OHC Services

- Visit Parkmed Healthcare's corporate client locations as required.
- Provide physiotherapy support to employees at client organizations.
- Conduct basic ergonomic assessments of workplace setups.
- Identify common ergonomic and posture-related risks.
- Provide guidance on proper workstation setup, posture, and workplace practices.
- Conduct basic employee awareness sessions on ergonomics, posture, and preventive exercises.

Client & Patient Visits




- Travel to different corporate client locations for physiotherapy and ergonomic services.
- Conduct home visits for patients assigned by Parkmed Healthcare.
- Coordinate visit schedules with patients and client representatives.
- Maintain proper records of home visits and corporate visits.
- Communicate patient/service-related updates to the concerned Parkmed Healthcare team.

Required Qualification

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
- Certificate in Ergonomics / Workplace Ergonomics is mandatory.
- Valid registration with the relevant physiotherapy council/authority, wherever applicable.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience in corporate physiotherapy, occupational health, ergonomics, rehabilitation, or home healthcare will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Valuable clinical and patient-handling skills.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation.
- Knowledge of workplace ergonomics and posture correction.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with corporate employees and patients.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for client and home visits.
- Ability to work independently during patient and client visits.

Candidate Preference

- Female candidates preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with home visits and travel to different corporate client locations.
- Candidates with experience in corporate/occupational healthcare will be preferred.
