Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Lesson Planning: Deliver engaging lectures on advanced topics (such as mechanics, thermodynamics, organic, inorganic, or physical chemistry) aligned with curricula like CBSE, ICSE, or State boards.
- Laboratory Management: Conduct protected and supervised practical lab sessions, maintaining equipment and enforcing strict safety rules.
- Assessments: Design tests, quizzes, and board-exam practice papers; grade assignments and track academic progress.
- Student Mentorship: Guide students through academic doubts, competitive entrance exam prep, and scientific projects.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain academic records, attendance, and communicate performance updates during parent-teacher meetings. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics or Chemistry, alongside a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of senior secondary teaching experience preferred, though strong freshers are sometimes accepted.
- Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, and proficiency with digital teaching tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
