Role Description This is a contract, remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert serving learners of all age groups across the Indian region. The professional will design and deliver engaging online sessions focused on phonics, pronunciation, articulation, and speaking confidence, tailored to varying age levels and learning needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating interactive learning materials, conducting live classes or recorded sessions, and monitoring learner progress through assessments and feedback.

The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, integrating innovative teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance learner outcomes.



The expert is expected to maintain clear communication with learners and guardians, uphold high professional standards, and contribute to a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics, English language teaching, and spoken communication for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Proven experience in public speaking coaching, presentation skills training, and confidence-building techniques.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, develop age-appropriate learning materials, and adapt content for different proficiency levels.
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms, digital classrooms, and basic audio/video tools for remote instruction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with transparent diction and a learner-centered approach.
- Prior experience as an educator, trainer, or coach in schools, learning centers, or online education initiatives in the Indian context.
- Relevant academic background in Education, English, Communication, Linguistics, or related fields; professional certifications in TEFL/TESOL or public speaking are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse groups, handle queries sensitively, and create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
- Reliable internet connectivity, suitable equipment for online teaching, and the flexibility to conduct sessions as per agreed schedules.
