Job Responsibilities of the candidate
- Installation, servicing, repair & maintenance of A3 Photocopiers / Digital Copiers / MFPs.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic & software issues.
- Troubleshoot paper jams, print-quality issues, error codes, fuser, drum, developer, ADF & paper-feed problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and replacement of spare parts.
- Configure network printing, scanning, Scan-to-Email & Scan-to-Folder.
- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain service reports, machine meter readings & spare-parts records.
- Provide skilled customer support and machine guidance.
- 1–5 years’ experience in A3 Copier / Photocopier / MFP servicing preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience
- A3 Copier / Photocopier / MFP servicing: 3 years (Preferred)
