We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo Editor who is also comfortable working with AI-based image generation and editing tools. The candidate will primarily work on product photography, fashion/kidswear catalogues, e-commerce images, lifestyle creatives, and advertising content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and retouch product, fashion, catalogue, and lifestyle photographs.
- Perform professional colour correction, skin retouching, background cleanup, object removal, masking, and image enhancement.
- Create clean e-commerce and advertising-ready images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Process and colour-correct RAW photographs using Adobe Lightroom.
- Create social media creatives, catalogue layouts, banners, and other basic designs using Canva.
- Use AI tools for image generation, background creation, product placement, model/lifestyle images, image enhancement, and creative concepts.
- Understand prompts and make corrections to AI-generated images while maintaining accurate product details.
- Handle bulk image editing efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
- Organise files, maintain proper naming systems, and prepare final files according to client requirements.
- Assist during photoshoots whenever required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom
- Good knowledge of Canva
- Experience with or interest in AI image generation/editing tools
- Understanding of image composition, colours, shadows, perspective,



and realistic product placement
- Basic camera knowledge, including exposure, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and lenses
- Basic photography lighting knowledge, including studio lights, softboxes, reflectors, and natural light
- Good eye for detail and product accuracy
- Ability to understand references and follow client instructions carefully
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

AI Skills PreferredExperience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Kling, or similar AI creative tools will be an advantage. The candidate should understand how to write and modify prompts to achieve consistent, realistic commercial results.

Preferred Candidate

- Photography, graphic design, editing, or visual communication background preferred
- Previous experience in a photography studio, advertising agency, e-commerce company, or creative agency is an advantage
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and good Photoshop/AI skills may also apply
- Should be willing to learn new AI tools and workflows

Portfolio RequirementCandidates should share a portfolio containing examples of:
- Photo retouching
- Product/e-commerce editing
- Fashion or model editing
- Background replacement/compositing
- AI-generated or AI-enhanced images
- Canva/design work, if available
